Swedish Relaxation Massage
Swedish massage is the foundational massage form on which many other types of massage are based. This type of massage reduces muscle soreness and tension, improves muscular balance for better posture and relieves stress. It is relaxing and enjoyable to receive. It is offered in 60-minute ($35) and 90-minute ($45) sessions.

Pregnancy Massage
Swedish massage techniques are adapted to your specific needs and stage of pregnancy to ensure a relaxing session that soothes the aches and pains of a pregnant body. Please discuss massage with your primary care physician if you have never before received a massage. Depending on your condition, you may be asked to provide a physician's release to receive massage (see the What to Expect section). Pregnancy massage is offered in 60-minute sessions for $35.

Deep Tissue Massage
This massage integrates Swedish techniques and deep tissue techniques for clients who want a firmer massage and who enjoy the “good hurt” of methods that access deeper muscular layers. Deep tissue sessions are offered in 60-minute ($35) and 90-minute ($45) sessions.

Monday Spa Clinic

Students in our 100-hour spa program take over the student clinic on Mondays to immerse clients in the luxury of spa body treatments. Choose from these relaxing options:

Salt Glow Massage
This revitalizing treatment stimulates local circulation by integrating a classic salt glow with massage. First your muscles are massaged with Swedish techniques. A foamy combination of rich body oil, fragrant bath gel, warm water, and sea salt is applied to the body to invigorate your senses. The salt is removed with steamy towels before a soothing aloe gel locks in moisture to finish the session. Choose from three “flavors” including rosemary mint, lavender splash, or citrus.  Salt glow massage is offered in 90-minute sessions for $55.

Aromatherapy Massage
A personalized blend of essential oils is created just for you and applied in a full-body Swedish massage to completely relax and renew body, mind, and spirit. You keep what remains of your aromatherapy blend to use to enjoy at home. Aromatherapy massage is offered in 90-minute sessions that include a 30-minute aromatherapy consultation and 60-minute massage for $55.   

Renewing Body Wrap and Massage
You choose a unique natural product like seaweed (contraindicated for individuals with shellfish or iodine allergies), Dead Sea mud, or shea butter. The product is applied to your body with Swedish massage to relax tense muscles. Warm blankets are wrapped around the body, now covered in the product, to encourage perspiration and relaxation, facilitating the body’s ability to rest and renew itself. While wrapped, your feet and face get a special massage. The product is removed in a warm shower and a soothing aloe gel is applied to lock in moisture and finish the session. Body wraps are offered in 90-minute sessions for $65.
